Thanks to everyone that helped with our Valentine Steak Supper. We had a very nice turnout. This was a joint effort between the Post and the Ladies Auxiliary. Thanks to Sr. Vice Ralph Rodriquez for coordinating this with the Ladies Auxiliary, Rich for cooking the steaks and Pete for doing everything from setting the tables to cleanup. As usual, the ladies turned out and worked to make it a wonderful event.

Jeanie Bell had some very helpful information about the yearend reporting at the Program Chairman meeting on the 21 st. If you are a program chairman and missed the meeting, give her a call. There is still time to finish up your program before yearend.

Our cookbook is being finalized. Thanks to everyone that has entered recipes. Next month, we should have more information on early ordering and prices.

March 12 th the ladies will be cooking again. This is a fun fundraiser, but a lot of work. We need desserts from the Ladies Auxiliary, homemade is best if possible. We all know that we have a lot of great cooks in our group so show off your stuff!. We will have a work sign-up sheet at the next meeting so be thinking about what you would like to do to help. We will serve Mexican food buffet, $5.00 for one trip to the buffet and $7.50 for two. A take-out plate is available for $8.00.

Our next meeting will be March 9 th. Our meal will be at 6:30 and the meat will be Pot Roast so bring a side dish or dessert and join us. Our usual meeting time is 7:30 but we will have initiation of new members before the regular meeting, so we will begin at 7:15 p.m.
